Brought tear to my eye No joke hade the clone Of this when I was in High school in 1976 Bough from teacher Only different mine Had sportster tach- mph cluster , rode her For ever , even used to Hill clime . finally gave Away because motor Clatterd now I know That thy all did Still miss this little putt THANKS

I have a 66 250 pretty much complete. Been sitting since i was 17. Used to have a trading card and factory manual for it, think it's in storage..

Hey kaplan i have a complete(minus carbs and key) kawasaki kh250(the triple 2 stroke) id like to sell to you for 3k. Motor has compression and feels nice just cant find the carbs for it and have other bikes im working on at the moment. If your interested let me know

My late brother had one of these in his collection, I believe it was a 1969, orange/black tank in color. I cannot remember but were the motors a 2 stroke? Oil and gas mix?

No they were four strokes I have a 66 and I want to get it running because it was my grandpa's

The one in this video looks like a two stroke. But it may just be difficult to notice the difference easily. Sounds like a four stroke though.

@@metalurgon your source is incorrect, the orange Sprint in the ad is a 350 4-stroke single.

I’ll never understand how people can say they get 75mph out of these bikes. I have the exact same bike (but a 1968) with a fresh top end and I can’t get her over 55mph

Topped out at around 55, had to run a smaller rear sprocket.

Something must be wrong with your motorcycle because I had one that had piston slap that would do 70

If you tried to open it up with a fresh top-end that tells me it wasn't broke in and that does make a difference.

@@chinstrap5233I don't believe that thease bikes are geared high a smaller rear sprocket would make it geared even higher
