Күн бұрынThis bike was a garage find with only 2000 miles on it was still in stock Factory condition with some scrapes on the gas tank beat the gas tank in with a rubber mallet get some sand and found some cool paint colors underneath added the names of Chattanooga five Fallen military men assassinated by terrorists also added a seat and a few other things was a fun project time to let go hope the next guy loves it.

Hey Jeff, its Jesse, the "new" owner of the Chattanooga 5 xv500 you built. I'm trying to finish this bike, but do you happen to have the original Speed/RPM Tach? I know its a long shot. I'm trying to get it back to a little bit original and street legal so I can auction it off for the Skip Wells Foundation. The guy whom bought it from you didn't ride it because he let it sit and the carbs went to trash. It's running great now, after a few hundred worth of carb work and new parts. Thanks in advance.

I thought I gave him a box full of parts, Speed/RPM Tach...ect. Did he replace the clutch i gave him new parts also. FYI, I did not paint that tank. That was the colors I found while sanding. Just added the Names.

How did you make it sound so fucking sick. Is it just the straight pipes? Did you have to rejet the carbs after? I have an 84 xv500 that I want to do something like this to.

Straight pipes only, never had the cash to do more engine work. Sorry so late

Question I have a 83 virago 500 I have the original motor but trying to find parts is kind of hard.. does the 535 motor bolt on to the 83 virago 500 frame
