Amazing time piece! Gorgeous! I apologize for my ignorance but I noticed smoke coming out of the oil cap when you did the blow by test. Is that anything to be concerned about? I’m guessing no.

Absolutely nothing to be concerned about. It's a hot engine with hot oil and that's the valve cover. Take the cap off and they do that. That's why they have a breather tube attached to the top of the valve cover so those combustion gases go back into the air filter housing and out the bottom through the drain tube back to the oil pan ;). Completely normal.
