It only does it when the o2 sensors plugged in. If I unplug it she runs geeat

If you have the factory computer did you delete the vats? There is a whistle in the intake, do you have any vacuum leaks? The fuel pressure for these engines is around 58 psi.

Vats deleted! I think the air is coming from the piping, I’m definitely going to turn up the fuel pressure. Thanks

How are you regulating your fuel pressure? I’m using the LS stock fuel rails and fuel pressure regulator

Yes the o2 sensor wires was plugged in the wrong sides. But not transmission is out. Wasn’t shifting into 3rd nor 4th
