Great news. I've been an earthmoving mechanic for 52 years but are never too old or experienced to learn from you. Thanks

Hey another excellent video and series of video's. Bit surprised you did not bother raising your bike stand when working on the exhaust. Clearly you are not as old and inflexible as myself. I purchased a set of long circlip pliers after having seen them in use on your channel. Bit of a pain storing them in the toolbox, but a great tool. So not quite finished. I hope that you have your next project ready to go. I have to say that, not blowing smoke up your **** but your channel is the best I have come across and I've seen a lot. Always great to see a new release in my Inbox. Looking forward to what's next. Please don't keep us waiting.

Thanks alot Kevin, I really appreciate it. I have a few projects waiting (one you may have seen -- KTM RC8) and 2 you haven't seen yet (Video coming soon on those). Im hoping to have this GSXR finished soon, Its taking longer than planned, it will depend on how many issues I encounter once i get it fired up.

So annoying having to wait for parts, and to add insult to injury they supply the wrong ones, 🤬🤬🤬. Anyway, the bike is looking superb, and hopefully not long now and it will be completed. On a side note, have you considered getting a zinc plating kit to refinish the brackets and hardware? I noticed the rear tail light bracket was looking a little bit tired, and even though it is hidden once fitted it still deserves to be in tiptop condition, don't you agree?

Isn't the chain terrifying close on top of the swingarm? Or is it just a camera thing?
@true-moto-resto3 ай бұрын
It’s just the camera I think. Nothing I can see that’s worrying me. But thanks for keeping an eye out, it’s easy to miss stuff along the way
@H-M-783 ай бұрын
@true-moto-resto yeah, most bike these days have that protective rubber on top/in the front on the swingarm

The tobacco taste must be as unpleasant as getting the wrong parts delivered !
