My Blood pressure Before doing IF was always above 145 but now after doing it for 15 days my B.P has drop to 115 It was great experience .

Ma'am I have been doing IF since one month but no change. I am a working lady with household burden too. I do everything like from head to toe. My time frame is 15 /8. I come from school around 3 so I have my lunch around 3.30 pm and thereafter start my IF. So what should I do now. ? Please help

Intermittent fasting is not a life style, aap use tab tk hi follow kare jab tk aapka weight loss ho raha hai, agar 1 month ho gaya hai, weight loss nahi ho raha hai, than change ur pattern and give a gap of min two months but remember stay on a good and healthy diet with exercise. Than after two months u can start ur fasting again .
