Hey Pat! How's the "after life" treating you? My wife and I both enjoy biking and have access to a great trail system the state makes available allow our expressways and Erie Canal. Hope all is well with you and Tiny!! ✌️👍🖖

Doing pretty good, but my feet are still healing. Riding bike has been great since my cardio is through the roof. Camped out with Tiny in a new tent and we loved it. It’s my 8th tent and I think I collect em! Lol

@@PatTownsend 8 tents? You are officially a tent addict...lolol. Question on your feet since I already have a "so-so" foot injury going into the hike. I have a tendonitis issue caused by worn out footwear, I over used my last set of Altra Mountain runners and now understand the importance of swapping out the shoes during the upcoming hike. If it's not too personal, can you say how your foot/feet injury was caused? I found KT tape had a solution for my tendonitis and I'm honestly impressed w/ the product. Stay safe and happy my friend, you've earned!!

I didn’t get an injury, it was the overuse that caused them to be sore. Everyone that I hiked with had bad feet from the constant pounding. Just part of the experience at least for me. I talked to others and it took up to 2 months for the soreness to go away.
