Tarihi Iznik Firin
The bakery still uses a water-powered flour mill from the 1800s that is still in service. Their ancestors fled the ravages of war from Georgia and settled in Iznik, Turkey.
The factory is equipped with four wood-fired ovens capable of baking 100 loaves at a time, and the staff begins production at 2;30am in the morning. At times they bake more than 2,000 loaves of bread a day. The bakery then distributes them to stores and markets in the city and fulfills orders over the Internet.
The owner and his wife were baking traditional bread using sourdough in their yard while working as lumber dealers. This became popular in the neighborhood, and the desire to use the historical water mill house led them to open Tarihi Iznik Firin in 2010.

Yes! But also the most delicious is just 10 minutes after the bread has come out of the wood fire oven. It’s more taste-affecting whether your bread is fresh or not than your wheat 🤗 Especially with some butter, I assure you that you can eat the whole loaf yourself! 🤤

well that flour is not coming from that water mill, owner cheating, showing that first to play with our perception to think the flour comes from water mill, but in reality all coming from industrial mill. I dont like such a video, done only for rating , for money
