📋 INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken liver (2.2 pounds)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp herbs de Provence
Black pepper
2 onions
2 - 3 apples
50 g butter (about 3.5 tbsp)
Rice as a side dish
Bake in a convection oven at 170°C (338°F) for 30 to 35 minutes
