They are a gaggle of ruffians, feathered devils! I have a home on a lake here in Southeastern Mass. and those geese eat everything in sight. When the State made it illegal to hunt or capture them in the 1930s they were left on our lake. They don’t migrate bc they were separated from their group almost 100 yrs ago. Nothing intimidated them. If we’re enjoying our beach they chase us and the children honking at them. Idk what to do anymore. I don’t have a blade of grass left but tons of poop.

Yes, we eat melon anytime. It's the province of Alberta. To not eat runny eggs, ask for hard. Thank you for coming to Alberta. Banff is a beautiful place. You have good videos. I would love to go on this train but too expensive for me. Also one negative for me is to have that music playing all the time. I think that was a dried apple slice.

Thanks for visiting Canada. At the risk of being pedantic, I would like to point out that Alberta is a province, not a state. Both "province" and "state" are rendered as 州 in Japanese, but this convention obfuscates not only the different English terms but the differences in the political structures of these distinct subnational divisions.

The US and Canada don't have many long-distance passenger trains, but there are a *lot* of freight trains, and it's not unusual for the total length of those to be more than 1km

The freight train passing the opposite direction was indeed very long. How does it get pulled through all of the turns and twists? Seems impossible. Must be engines placed at sections to boost the main engines?

Thank you, this looked like an amazing trip. Food looked good to my eyes, albeit on the more basic side which suits me. The seat looked comfy, I liked the atmosphere of the friendly tannoy voices and the music, and the views were spectacular. Would I pay CAD $3000/GBP £1800 for a 2 day trip though? No. Perhaps half of that. It looked a nice hotel at Kamloops though.

Crossing Canada by train is on my bucket list of things to do, but I'm rather dismayed by the constant din of music played. One of my greatest joys with Amtrak sleeper travel is to zone out to the alpha waves the train makes, with occasional highlights from the lead locomotive's horn. This would be impossible aboard the Rocky Mountaineer, IMHO.
