Im.ALWAYS very impressed with Japanese and how they take pride in theur work. Welcoming people is wonderful. As an American im embarrassed how we look in comparison with our railway system. Its old and we need new trains. The food is mid. Of course to add insult to injury-the prices are ridiculous. I love the train here. Everything looks great😊

wow absolutely awesome... I was amazed by many things, the beauty of its natural panorama, you know every time I saw a river, it was CLEAN!!!... crazy.. the Japanese people are very good at maintaining harmony, the service is luxurious, the food on display is very beautiful, ahh still linger in my head that the cleanliness of the city, the cleanliness of the river and the facilities available... amazing.. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the city and the river. I had never seen a river so clean in my life. The water was crystal clear, and there was no trash or debris in sight. I was also impressed by the people's sense of civic duty. They were always quick to pick up trash and keep their surroundings clean. The harmony of the city was also impressive. Everything seemed to be in its place, and there was a sense of order and cleanliness. The people were also very polite and respectful. I felt very welcome in Japan. The service was also excellent. The people were always friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a good experience. The food was also delicious. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste was amazing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience in Japan. I was impressed by the cleanliness, harmony, service, and food. I would definitely recommend visiting Japan to anyone who is looking for a clean, beautiful, and welcoming place to visit. 10000000% awesome!!! but...There is a drawback. I don't see it in Indonesian or English, so I don't know what many of them mean..

The train is just beutifule and interesting. Such a work of art. Thanks alot for sharing this experience with the people of KZfaq. I am curious about why they use such huge plates for small portions though. I'm sure it be about aesthetics. But some of them have such a size difference it be a bit distracting. When the conductor bows on your departure, do you bow back? I don't know the customs, but I would have a strong urge to bow back as a thank you.

Ok the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. Aside from that I'm more a well done burgers and fries or chicken nuggets rice and pasta type of gal. Plain water, any kind d of fruit juices, lemonade ice tea or flavoured waters are my thing. I also experienced a two day train ride in the United States, never again.. This man was correct. If you don't want to experience shaking he did emphasize the shaking stopped after 4 hours. Not on my trip it didnt. It shook and rocked throughout my entire 2 day trip. And the train whistle blowing all night and day. And I'm not talking about a gentle shaking. The kind of shaking I'm referring to is your whole body shaking violently while trying to sleep. Walking thru the cars is horrendous while the train is moving. I've literally injured myself while trying to shower, because of the constant rocking I was thrown against the shower wall and bruised my shoulder and left hand. You literally have to hold on to something to keep from falling down or bumping into the walls of the train. If your not bothered by what I've told you. Then this kind of trip is for you.But at least you were told in advance about what to expect. This is not to discouraged anyone from taking a overnight trip on a train. The shaking might not bother you.

«Я русский, но я всерьез думаю, что логика, которой руководствуется сейчас мой народ, сродни логике бешеной собаки. Бешеная собака смертельно больна, ей осталось жить три максимум семь дней. Но она об этом не догадывается. Она бежит, сама не зная куда, характерной рваной побежкой, исходит ядовитой слюной и набрасывается на всякого встречного. При этом собака очень мучается, и мучения ее окончатся, когда ее пристрелят». - В. В. Панюшкин, публицист

Obviously made for the Japanese, and not foreigners. Clearly an American wouldn't fit through those passageways. But it's very beautiful. and seems to be worth every dollar. A luxury line without equal.
