1. Banded Pull Apart: 00:59 With your arms straight out in front of you. Keeping your elbows soft and palms facing each other, move wrists out and back in.
2. Overhead Reach: 01:37 Keeping the band tight around your wrists throughout the entire movement, lift your arms slowly until they reach able your head. Keep arms straight and elbows soft.
