Teaching her the breath techniques are first and foremost the important if you haven't taught her already.. Of course w yoga meditation and breath. I love her so much She's perfect!!! It's so important to teach children to breath properly which is through the NOSE!!! IN AND OUT THROUGH THE NOSE!!!💫👃

I am 72 anc I love watching this beautiful child. Yes, I agree with you. 1st grade thru 8th we went out every morning for 15 min. After lunch it was 30 min. and in the afternoon another 15 min. Even if it were -10 we were outside running around. The only time we didn’t go out was in the rain. 9th thru 12th we had Physical Education. 9th grade was 3x/wk, 10th 2x/wk, 11th 3x/wk and 12th 2x/wk. we played basketball, volleyball, had track, 3 weeks each year were coed where we had to dance with a male partner. We did push ups, crawled a rope to the ceiling, and even had jump rope. I think this was pushed by President Kennedy. It was good because we met kids we would never had met. 9th and 11th graders had it together as did 10th and 12th graders. I don’t regret it. Just the ugly gym uniforms we had to wear. They were really bad.

Too much is blamed on schools. Parents need to be educated how to raise a child before school and it needs to continue. Schools are not responsible for raising a child.

All school is for is to make people get used to conforming and sitting at a desk for eight hours a day,

Love how Rose tries everything and listens to the words ...trying to repeat them !! Shes amazing and so are her parents. They need to be teachers for other parents who struggle with fundamentals of having a family. This is very rare cuz most parents now have sitters or the parents are usually working where kids ate just in front of a tv or game all day!!!!
