OMG my rescued from Texas pupper and I both looked at the tv like what!??? Her name is Reina too. She is my Queen and saved my heart after a really bad relationship ended. She was named Rona and for obvious reasons I wanted to rename her. ❤ Blessings to you and your Reina!

Read Juliet de baracli levy books. That will tell you exactly what to do. The herbal handbook for dog and cat. I hope you don’t try to feed your animals vegan diets. We all have a species specific diet.

She usually does green juice. There’s no sugar. Pure minerals. It’s a break for your digestive system, and a huge dose of minerals and vitamins. Fruit juices are just yummy and full of vitamins, and you need to have them on an empty stomach. She gets plenty of fibre in the rest of her diet. She has a whole video about juices Vs smoothies.

@@HuskysMommyyup! But she always has it on an empty stomach. She’s been eating this way for nearly two decades, she knows what her body likes. If fruit juice spikes your blood sugar then make it minimal/rare to consume and always have it as a breakfast before anything else solid. Or you can use fruit juice in a smoothie as the liquid, that’s always nice too, then you also get fibre at the same time.

Have you ever looked into Fecal Transplant? you would be great to help people like me with very bad gut health. I try my best eating raw to help with my gut but I can't bring back what is already gone in my gut. I truly enjoy your videos , They help me so much. Thank you for all that you do, God Bless

You can completely renew your microbiome and heal your gut, there are quite the many people out there who did. Papaya, aloe Vera, pears and eating mono meals will be very very soothing and healing for your gut. And then later introducing micro greens and sprouts for extra nutrients.

there is no juice that will fix those things - but overhauling your lifestyle will help a TON! It is the whole reason I went on a raw diet 16+ years ago and it worked wonders. Also look into polyvagal techniques. Super helpful.

Artificial sugar is bad however natural sugar from fruit is good. Sugarcane is a plant and you can juice it.

Sugar is usually made from beets. But natural cane sugar is processed through a bunch of different chemicals and so forth. If you just have the cane juice from the actual plant it can be healthy. Especially compared to the sugars that are processed.
