Do not buy the cyc pro. Once they get your money u can't even get ahold of them. I ran into a problem and got zero help. Stay away from cyc

I just emailed cyc the other day about a potential problem with my photon. They got back to me within 24hrs. But I have heard about other people having a hard time getting ahold of support. I was thinking about buying another motor from them for my wife. I like my photon a lot so far.

My warranty is being honored they are having me send back my motor/ controller assembly. Just takes a long time to get responses.

i like the DIY kits, but notice ,some of them do not free-wheel and the real good ones require the whole bike frame how is that a kit, built in battery?. PEACE!
