I feel like there is a difference is men’s chest workouts and women’s chest workouts I would like to do the women’s! 🙋🏽‍♀️ also can you make an hourglass workout? I really avoid anything that’s going to build shoulders or give me a manly chest I’d like to do slim waist big hips booty workouts 😊
