✨ Welcome to your 20 Min Power Yoga Flow. This Hand & Wrist Free practice is a dynamic and fast paced vinyasa-style class. However, there are no planks, chaturangas or downward facing dogs! Expect to flow breath to movement and to create heat through dynamic sequences. You will be challenged through lunges, twists, warrior 2 and 3, goddess and boat poses.
