In Ontario Canada, they are mandating vaccines to get into public facilities. I've decided this morning I am going to stay strong when I go watch my stepdaughter swim weekly. This yoga this morning is exactly what I needed. Stay safe, stay healthy, live your life!!!! Thank you Ash. You have no idea how much this video helped me to re center this morning!!!

I started with yoga when I I was living in Australia 10 years ago. I knew since my second class that I wanted to become a teacher that happened 5 years later. It changed my life a lot! I becoame an instructor in Bali, I also started to organize retreats that linked me with so many amazing people. I'm so happy that I changed my own life that I could change others peoples lives for better. Now I'm mother of 2, second one is only 1 month old and I can not wait to be back on the mat and share my passion and mission here in France, where I don't speak the language and not having community yet, but I have a strong hope and belief that I will find my tribe again..

I started to follow your KZfaq-videos during the Corona lock down. As a Pilates teacher I had some experience but never did a full yoga flow. Love your classes and flows, and it kept me grounded during the craziness of last year. Also gave me a lot of inspiration for my own Pilates classes. Thank you for that!

With 3 children, yoga is the time I make just for me. After 3 yrs of practicing my husband now joins and it is our time. He is also sweaty and I’d love this for him.

Yoga made me calm and appreciate life more by slowing down and taking a pause and breathe in every life's challenges. Yoga also helped my posture.

well....also the magic of a yin styled practice that might not be sweaty exactly, but often provides even more tears! haha, I absolutely love the emotional release that the physical provides!! Squeezing the tears out that you didn't know you had in ya. Good thing you kept it to 20 words or less, haha......

I’ve dealt with anxiety most of my life and yoga was something that really made me feel present and strong. Yoga continues to teach me something every time I step on the mat :)

Always thought yoga was lame, no sport. During covid I entered a yoga/meditation challenge, lost 25 kgs and grew in t(hr) o(ugh) divorce. Now, yoga is part of my daily morning routine, mostly together with my 5yo and I started a new study to become a holistic therapist. Grateful for wat yoga has taught me.. ♥️

I started yoga to become flexible, to be able to "kiss my knees". After two weeks of doing yoga every day I had forgotten the reason I started and fell in love with the way it made my body and most importantly my mind feel. I have grown so much. I owe so much to Yoga. Thank you for this video. It was divine.

My sister got me into Yoga in my early 20s to help with my anxiety at that time. I spent the first couple of years with a very regular practice. As things changed in life having babies, I find myself always coming back to my mat when I feel like I have lost my way or that something is missing! In the start I had physical goals I would set - but now it is all about connection and presence. I am worthy of the time to just be. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoy what you share and find it easy to find a bit of the day to myself even if it is while my kids snack and play around me! 🙈

Thank you for such a lovely yoga session. This included some amazing postures, at a slower pace. This allowed us to get a fuller experience from each stretch. Yoga has not just allowed me to connect to the present & myself, but to connect to others too.
