This was exactly what I needed. A gentle guide to point me in the right direction and lets me really get into myself without unnecessary chatter. Wonderful. Im surprised that there are not more views and likes. I will be back to this over and over!

I couldn’t help but let out a chuckle when I imagined myself charging at my thoughts with a flyswatter 😂😂 that definitely made my day. Great meditation!

I get panic attacks when I start to meditate. But today I just sat with that. Hopefully someday I'll be able to completely get away from panic attacks. Thanks for this video

Over the past several weeks this has been my main daily meditation. I do not really have a lot of anxiety right now but the thing works for me and is the perfect length. I even downloaded the app and have been sincerely appreciating it. Thank you again for this video. Not sure what I would do daily without it.

I was almost mugged on the street a few months ago and now I've got crippling anxiety and panic attacks whenever I step out. I am physically fit guy but now I got this fear now,it feels like the person is about to come mug me whenever I cross someone. I don't know what to do!
