Finally, I came across the kickboxing I was looking for! I'm glad that kickboxing in a proper format exists because there were only other videos that ended in 30 seconds instead of 1 round and took a break in 10 seconds. Do you have a 30-minute video?

can you become good at boxing with the equipments at home? but no training with in like gym or such. No coach as well

I think I'm a pretty decent kickboxer even tho I don't train at a gym. My form is, uhmm.. it's okay. Accuracy is okay too. Yeah, I've been training for 8 months now with only online crash courses and my heavybag.
