Same here! This is the first challenge I’ve completed and I’ve even been excited to roll out my mat everyday, whereas with other challenges it became more like a chore. Sarah Beth made it easy and enjoyable to complete the challenge.

I didn't realise how much I needed this until after I finished. Too often I rush my practice and neglect yin. Too often I skip chavasana. Thank you for the reminders dotted through to remain in the present. I'll be adding this practice into my rotation ❤

So beautifully soothing. Loved this one so much. Another one that tears came at the end..I'm like, what the hecks going on. It felt wonderful and I'm not sad, but I do understand. So much reflection lately, maybe that's it. I can't wait to do this one again. Plus SB, your voice and what you said sounded so loving. You definitely came thru in a total loving way. 🙏

Day 21 ✅ Thanks so much for this 21 day challenge! I really enjoyed it & it helped me to get back into somewhat of a habit of doing yoga every day (I missed a few days, but I caught up)… which is the goal to stay grounded, mobile & flexible. Thanks again 🫶🏽✨

@sarahbethyoga If you mean of this particular practice, it had to be the "thread the needle" shoulder stretch where you press your temple to the mat. It always feels good to me, and this time my body surprised me by wanting to go deeper. But I didn't want to risk hurting myself. Maybe next time I'll try the modification and go deeper if my body still feels up to it.

I loved doing this 21 day challenge. This last week had some harder stuff for me. I’m not very flexible and I have a bad back (3 back surgeries, scoliosis and kyphosis from the surgeries, not severe, but noticeable.) Lying on my back on the ground is hard, I usually need a minute to adjust and if I feel like it’s going to hurt I lift one knee up. I sleep on my back usually but the ground is much harder 😅. I hope to start seeing my strength, flexibility and overall body feel better. Thanks!

Whew, it took 28 days, but I finished the 21 days of yoga challenge! ...I also fell asleep during shavasana, until my 4yo started making animal noises 🙃

You know what would make this practice even better? Cats, specifically, cats rubbing their faces against yours. Very cathartic.
