I'm a Kristy fan and I often find myself searching for any appearances she has made over this past year. All her thoughts are very insightful. I just wanted to add to the conversation on killing the current design department model and creating marketing teams that can sort of help themselves. Well, yes it would be great to spend less time on decks but I think that haviking the back and forth with the design team is where the improvement happens. I think if we take that away and just give a template that it all becomes dull and drab andperhaps we even lose the benefit of having another perspective.

This is disgusting. People should be hired on their merits alone, not the color of their skin, their religion, or sexual orientation. Enough of this PC bullshit.
