This is a great, necessary conversation! But why haven't you provided captions....on a video about accessibility and inclusion? KZfaq does have an automagic CC button, but it only gets about 80% of the dialogue right, and it undercuts the importance of your message that you haven't included it yourselves.

Hiya, we think the CC button does a great job of capturing the conversation. We'd love the community's help on fixing any errors in the dialogue. Thank you for connecting with us!

I watched (listened to) the video this morning, loved it (seriously, so good!) and shared it on social media, tagging some friends with accessibility issues to ask their thoughts. One of them tried to watch the video with CC and was not impressed. I also skipped through it, with CC turned on and sound off, and found a number of puzzling transcription errors throughout. It's better than nothing, but does not give the impression that you're actually trying to include hearing impaired or Deaf people in a meaningful way.
