Right! When I got it. It was dirty on the surface but all that was fixed with lots of products and some time. Thanks for noticing.

Good video man. I like how you kept the camera in one spot for awhile. Good commentary. What did you notice after fitting the front and rear strut braces? Was it worth it? Thanks man

Heck! With a wife and three kids, I want mine to keep looking like this next year lol! I replaced a good bit of the major “touch” parts so that helps along the way! Enjoy your Lexus!

I've had a white 99 400, for the last 7 months, and it's already been the absolute best car I've ever had. Keep the GS content coming! What are your plans for it?

I just cleared the headlights and posted a vid yesterday. Next may be headers or coil overs. I want it dropped about an inch in the front and half in the back or so. Nothing too crazy. Going for an OEM + style. Racing seats are on my list too. Otherwise, just replacing worn parts and enjoying her until further notice

@@utagzmotoring coilovers, muffler delete, suspension arms, stereo, and a bunch of accessories so far. Still trying to decide on wheels. There's a pic of her on my KZfaq page. Change lower ball joints if you haven't already, they're notorious for breaking, it might be the only weak point of the car.

I have the 300 9 out of 10. Diamond peal white. Same Megan F/R strut bars. Tanabe lowering springs and Tein 18 way adjustable strut . Staggered 19"wheels 8.5/10 235/275 drilled slotted rotors. Halo headlights, Gtr taillights, led lights, 10.5 Android head unit w/external Hd, Focal dual separates front and rear doors. Lexus illuminated door sills. TC underglows. Aftermarket Avital alarm system w/remote start! Ect. Also 3 more gs300s. One's a parts car. Just awesome cars once you know what makes them tick 🌟🏁🏁🏁🏁🙏

How in the world! I’ve got some catching up to do lol. Very interested in getting wider tires in the rear and I heard remote start was nearly impossible but it sounds like I need to look into it more. I have focals too. Running on a 400 watt 4 channel. Base is lacking but it’s good. You’ve got to share this beauty with us! I’m excited lol

Thats a nice GS 🎉 i'm looking for a GS430 for my daily driver. I'm in a 02 IS300 SportCross right now. I had a GS430 from Montgomery years ago, now looking back it probably needed the lower controls arms changed. That car will last forever

The quad front headlights is something Lexus started but Mercedes popularized kind of like how things go with Android and Apple

Rx350, IS250 steering wheels are compatible for those wanting to upgrade the steering wheel with controls and paddles.

They are pretty good vehicles. Pretty sure my struts are stock and drive better than any vehicle I have had previously.

@@utagzmotoring I’ll go check it out and see if I can find the group. Honestly I love the Gs400, it’s has classic styling and like you say “handsome”. Super comfortable car with just enough power to not be boring. Mines pearl white with the same 17” factory wheels that you have from a later year car.

I’m coming from an 08 IS350 and looking for a GS430 because I need a little more room (I Have a 6 month old) pray that I’m able to find one man I can’t get enough of Lexus quality

I have a 02 gs430 and my headlights looked the same. I sanded them and re clear coated them and they look brand new. If you don’t have experience with auto body/painting have a body shop do it. It may be cheaper than used ones. Also I don’t think the hid headlights will work in some of the replacement ones out there…

Thanks for that info! I think I’m going to hit it again. My drill is the cheapest from harbor freight so it was a little rough once the battery died 😂….and wouldn’t really charge after. If it doesn’t work out I will take it by somewhere. I like the HIDs so I do want to keep them.

@@utagzmotoring I got rid of the mark Levinson stereo and touch screen did a double din and a gs300 heater control unit. Replaced all the speakers,I run 2 skar 8’s in the trunk,lowered on coil overs,97 LS400 big brakes up front,front lip,tinted windows,new hid bulbs,konig 18inch wheels,intake modifications… I’m sure I’m missing something love the gs platform and the 3uz is a great motor check out forward momentum . One of the best channels for this platform he’s done a lot to his gs400/1uz and has showed me tons of things that can be done and the correct way to do it. Oh also if you haven’t replaced your front lower ball joints do it asap!

What size spacers are you running? Looks like 30mm rear 20mm front?

Just checked and I have 1.5 inches in the rear and 15mm in the front. Basically, I wanted a better stance with stock wheel and tire setup. I do plan on running the stock tires for a long while although I have plans to sand and paint them the same color. I think that with about a half inch drop in the front and 1 in the back will give it the OEM+ look I’m going for

Hey I had a question this car is selling around 4,000-6,000$ in the us right? I’m ask because I think I want this to be my first car this car looks beautiful and from what I’m hearing about it it’s super reliable.

It all depends on how well kept it is. I paid 6 for mine but it was g2g until I started beating on it and got a few leaks and alternator went out lol. I hear of people picking them up with higher mileage 250+ for 2.5k and whatnot. In my opinion I would find one that is on higher end with one or two owners. What area are you in?
