Thanks for the video. FYI, you can flex the old and new seal easily to get them out and back in without removing any other panels. Put the window down, pull out the old one from the center. Put the new one in on one side, flex the new strip into a slight U shape and put it in the other side. Push down to seal. No tools or weather strip gasket required.

to remove plastic panel on side of window, loosen or remove bolts holding upper hatch/roof spoiler, above plastic side panel. Bolts are under spoiler inside hatch, behind rubber hole covers. Once loosened, pick up on spoiler above plastic window panel, and slide panel up. Reverse to put back on. The video says pop 'em off. If you do, you'll break the tabs that hold it on truck body. Everything else worked, though I didn't see or use seal adhesive.

Pull the spoiler straight out after unbolting. There are green tabs that keep it together. Once the spoiler is loosened you have to slide the black side panels up. I ended up breaking one of the clips. I believe it’s best to push in hard and slide straight up.

I tried popping the panel off and as you said, the tabs break easy. Then I discovered you can't just buy the tabs. You have to buy the whole side panel. As stated above, it's best to remove the old weather strip starting in middle and then install new one as garth185 stated above. Don't have to touch side panels. Thanks

Dude. You messed up. The weatherstrip adhesive is for the FOAM weatherstripping that goes around the doors. Did you see any adhesive on the window gasket you removed- no. Now you will never get it off again if you need to. At least not as easy as the original. Thanks for the video though.

It's helpful that you have this description on KZfaq. Could you be more specific with every move next time? I find myself still not clear on how to replace the part.
