I was completely surprised by the performance of this car! I wanted to compare this vehicle to many other cars during the review but was unable to think of any comparable cars in its segment. Now when I look back, a strong competitor of the 200S would be Cadillac's ATS. Its AWD system is different compared to the 200S however it could be another car to consider (Unfortunately Cadillac's capacitive touch console may discourage your interest in the vehicle; it's not very good). Overall this car is still a bargain and if you are in the market for a mid size sedan that is sporty and well equipped, the 200S should be on your test drive list.

Heyyy, I really enjoyed this video. I was soooooo informing. I bought my wife a 2015 Chrysler 200 S, and I learned a lot that I didn't know. It is truly a great vehicle...she only has around 70k miles on it. Please continue to do more, I know I'm like 6 years late Lol...take care!: )

I'm in love with my 200 S, and I was in the market for Nissan Altima! lol. I've affectionately nick named my car Tyson, because it handles the road like a BEAST and the UConnect system is a dream. I've gotten over the gear shift, it was a gripe of mine for the 1st week. I cannot complain about fuel economy at all, it's great on gas....I'm more than pleased with my new baby (1st owner, only 11 miles on it when I bought it)

picked up a used one, 10k miles and good price about 3 months back, and for the most i love the car, its been one of the best i've driven let alone owned. biggest complaint is the rearview mirror, but this seems to a problem through out the dodge/chrysler/jeep line ups, its just placed low and creats a huge blind spot especially at 4 way intersections. that aside as to cars to compare it to. Ford Fusion sport, subura wrx/sti, lancer evo msr, audi a3/s3/a4, merc cla 250. and honestly, unless in city stop and go traffic, but more rural and suburban roads, keep it in S mode and you'll get better gas mileage, while still having the ompf if needed. i think the biggest mistake and why these failed to sell. it's advertised wrong, by a company that's doesn't have this rep. the 200s is a performance sedan, its a 4 door sports sedan, hell if a audi a3 and a mercedes cla 250 count as a 4 door coupe, this is a 4 door coupe. It has the V6 charger engine jammed in it, close to 300bhp, awd that in S mode is a 60/40-50/50 split, and the 200S unlike the 200C comes with a sport tuned suspension, and lets be honest the car is lighter and more aerodynamic than the chargers, and cheaper. Buddies got a 17 charger r/t with the hemi, .... he agrees the 200s is too good for what it is.

Gala Ceir well said DEFINITELY agree these failed to sell because of the name, I’m currently driving a Mercedes c300 coupe with an i4 engine which really, for the money, all you’re paying for is the name although it looks exceptional, very nice interior, but this car in particular really meets that criteria. I’m looking at this thinking to myself, this is a hidden gem. So as soon as my lease is up, might jump into one of these.

I own a 2016 200s with the 2.4L engine. I’ve put on 20,000-miles with no problems. I mainly use mine for commuting 70-miles/day. It has plenty of power for every-day expressway driving. I have the red special paint, 19” wheels, moonroof, and the car looks fantastic! Chrysler finally got it right in 2016-17, then dropped it; WTF? If I want to do high speed riding, then I switch to one of my motorcycles.🏍

For around the same price as the Dodge Dart GT as they are (both) being cleared out by the dealerships, you get AWD, the venerable 3.6 Pentastar and a design that competes favorably over Fusion and others in this segment.

Considering the considerable effort that was applied to customize and distinguish this car, the excellent styling, particularly of the interior, all of the tech integration; the depth of offering from the model line; and the largely favorable reviews (granted of the V6s) I really think it was a mistake to announce the cancellation of this new vehicle. Horrendous Optics here, you just don't do that and keep a reputation. Time for the Board to dump Mr. Serg.

hi. I would like to buy a 2015 Frord fusion titanium. But i consider the 2015 Chrysler 200S. I.m so undecided. I like both. Let me know a little bit more of the 200S Thank you
@TccrsCaofficial
@TccrsCaofficial 8 жыл бұрын
+Danut Lavric Well I believe that the Ford Fusion may be a bit bigger. You'll have to check the overall dimensions on the car to confirm and compare it to the 200S. The fusion Titanium comes with Ford's 2.0L Ecoboost engine. Its a 4 cylinder turbo engine and its paired to a 6 speed automatic. the 200s is a naturally aspirated V6 paired with a 9 speed ZF transmission. The AWD systems are different. Ford's AWD system is completely electronic relying on sensors where as the 200S is both electronic and mechanical. In my opinion the fusion interior(especially the drivers area) is a lot cleaner and elegant but Ford's interface is not as good as the Uconnect system. My advice is test drive both. They're going to drive differently. Also do some homework on the fuel economy of the 2.0L ecoboost engine. I know that the escape platform has terrible fuel economy numbers with this engine. I've been trying to get into contact with Ford to review their vehicles. They've been the hardest to communicate with. Also during your test drive visits, try operating both interface's while driving. You'll see what I mean when it comes to easy operation. Try using the voice recognition system aswell.

I bought a used 2015c, 3.6v6 (top of the line, fully loaded with everything possible) It's never left me stranded, however, the transmission does not like it if you get on the gas and then need to let off for whatever reason, it has a spot (4th to 5th gear, around 45mph where the transmission will make a thump sound) If you drive it easy, the transmission does a pretty good job, though. It had 38,000 miles, one owner prior to me getting it. I'm at 65,350 miles now (june2018-june 2020 ownership for me) Had to replace one tire pressure sensor(was covered under limited warranty) Otherwise, just the normal oil change/tires replacement Brakes are still good Overall, for the price and luxurious features you get, probably won't find another vehicle with the same for $13,000, like I paid

I have S model with V6, but since the day first I am really scared of this car. Keep reading the 9 speed issues, watching the videos, talking people on youtube and to be honest I really cannot enjoy my car. I am so scared to push the throttle more, I feel this tranny is very fragile unit and ready to destroy itself. German company says just in North America there are 503 thousand cars are affected by their mistake. Now, I am considering to trade in with an STI, however the value I get for my car is just a joke. Need to sell privately. How I wish Chrysler had chosen something logical for transmission and I could enjoy this magnificent car every single second.
