On 16 September 2018, Kipchoge won the Berlin Marathon in a time of 2:01:39, breaking the previous world record.

Zodiac Zodiac Yes, limits do exist. Kipchoge wanted to inspire people when he said that, so he used hyperbole. “Hyperbole” is not synonymous with “precise.”

@@lukenorth7127 I consider the reason of fast running depends on not only hardworking but also genetics and place you live..,georaphycal area...I know many men working hard,but they can't run so fast..

@@lukenorth7127 yes..but why kenyan,ephiopian run faster than european for example?it seems genetics and geographyical area has importat meaning in fast run

ahhh...a wonderful day with great scenery for a jog. at an average 2min55sec per km pace for 42km.
