I just got my Rubicon yesterday and noticed that when i try to switch from 2w into 4w ect the force I have to apply seems excessive. Can you do a video on how to operate 4w-4L and if the pressure you have to apply is normal?

rad. Impressed that they've captured on-road driving comfort in a more capable package from the outgoing model. Jeep is and always will be a purpose built rig where about all other factory vehicles are built for roads and capable off-road, Jeep continues to be off-road purpose built but now with on-road manners. But... It's odd that with Jeep spotters of Jeep drives on a Jeep course to showcase the out-of-the-box capabilities they're not airing down tires?.. That's like rule number one for gaining mad traction off road and maximizing capabilities. Just an observation.

What's wrong with having a spotter? Every jeep and offroad club I've ever wheeled with has had spotters on every obstacle of every trail we've ever done. Not only does it help prevent unnecessary breakages or possible injuries, but it keeps the group progressing so everybody gets a chance to go without one or two people holding everything up because they are too proud/arrogant to take direction. I've been on this trail. It's a nice easy beginner trail and yes, it can be done alone, with no spotters, and probably in any factory 4x4 with a true transfer case, by any reasonably experienced off roader. But you can tell by the way they are talking and acting that the people driving these jeeps are not experienced and this trail is at least slightly intimidating them and attempting it without a spotter or an experienced driver would likely result in a bad day.

Adam Scott Gilmore The Turbo is set up for low-end Torque. 295 at 3000 RPM vs the V6, 260 at 4800 RPM.

These new JL's look like a Dodge Nitro or a slimmer/smaller h3, Plus the colored interior dash looks like a straight rip off of a 2007-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser! Pretty disappointed with the new styling of these new Jeeps.

That's how you wheel, you always have a guide when going over sketchy terrain, especially rocks. Otherwise, you could peal a diff cover back, smack an oil pan, break a shock mount, etc. You can't see under the Jeep, so you need a spotter to help see where you can't. It's still a blast climing over rediculous terrain, whether you have a spotter or not.

+Manuel RVS You are showing how noob you are. Go wheeling with any offroading club and there will always be spotters. It prevents breakages and can even prevent serious injury or death. It also keeps the line moving so everybody has a chance to tackle the obstacles.

God that was painful to watch...WHY??? would anyone need spotters on ANY of that trail? And 4 low on the bypasses?! A Chevy pickup truck could have done that trail...Not even close to Jeep worthy .
