Really like the 567s but the FIRST thing I would do after purchase is connect the driver's side stack to the passenger side with a Y-pipe! I don't know why that is standard for these models to have a dummy stack on the left side. Take it off if it isn't functional.
@tinytruckin40962 жыл бұрын
Ya that's dumb, my 579 is the same way, got new 7" stack toppers ordered once they come in it's gonna have both stacks functional
@7viewerlogic6702 жыл бұрын
Or take the heat shield off and go for the old school straight pipe look.

Hello, Happy New Year. It's nice to have people like you on KZfaq who show great trucks and deal with the trucker topic. Here in Germany, it's hard to be enthusiastic about us trucks because there is no real US truck scene here to exchange ideas And to see real trucks. For me as a model truck builder, it is a dream to see and measure details of real trucks for my RC truck models. That's why I'm glad that there are people like them so that I can at least exchange ideas with people. Thank you

I'm surprised that Peterbilt hasn't done what Kenworth has done with the 2.1meter cab and the W990. A version of this truck with a long hood like the 389. I like this look, but not the red frame. Happy New Year!

You actually can get black seats with red stitching. And it’s a level below the heritage interior. Keep heritage outside and get black gray interior non-heritage interior inside. Done!!

I agree. Heritage Package has a Brown/Tan interior color, Graphite Package has Black with Red stitching.

The 567s are a really nice truck. I think if I were in the market for a truck I would pick one of these over a 389 for the extra large cab and stand up sleeper. Any idea how long the AC batteries last when the truck isn't running? Is the driver side stack still a dummy in the Heritage edition or do they plumb it into the actual exhaust?
@jamalehoward76223 жыл бұрын
All 567 driver's side stacks are dummy from the factory. I think you can get it plumbed to the passenger stack with a Y-pipe aftermarket or through the dealer.
@RockyMountainPeterbilts3 жыл бұрын
Batteries last 8-10 hours before needing to start the truck and re-charge.
@412hwc Жыл бұрын
the ac batteries succ broooo u might get 3-6 hrs tops. hopefully ur auto start works when its posed to or ull b woke up to your damn inverter making an anoying ass beeping noise untill u turn on tha engine and reset it but other than that i love mine
@cootr683 жыл бұрын
So if you have a non heritage edition could you get the chrome hood emblem surround and the guards on the front fenders from a dealer or is having a heritage the only way to get them? And the chrome hood latches.
@RockyMountainPeterbilts3 жыл бұрын
Heritage is the only way. You could probably order them and install later.

@@RockyMountainPeterbilts thanks for answering. I'll look into it. Probably scare my bank account though. Lol

Wrong, your heat and air are both on the smart air control. The other control is for your inverter.

Very Nice truck, what is the extra cost to order it as a 565/ 2050 torque?
@ONTHEEDGEFRED3 жыл бұрын
I'm curious as to what's different about the engine from an 1850 torque to 2050 torque with the same horsepower?
@RockyMountainPeterbilts3 жыл бұрын
That jumps about $5000 for the motor and then you have a bit more because you have to upgrade the clutch, transmission, driveline and the rear ends. Altogether it adds probably $10,000.
