Yes it does, I had to do this on a jobsite a few weeks ago. It does have some limitations though as its a small machine...

This is my other google account. The SY16 with thumb is going to be around lower 30's. Without thumb you can take off around $1200 or so. It all depends on the dealer, but you could price around.

I've seen them $28k to $30k

Getting ready to buy new one for $23,985. Going to install either Gentec or Amulet weld-on hydraulic thumb 1100-1200 plus welding costs($800budget). And a Rhinox coupler $1050 and attachments: 6",9",12",18' & 24" digging, 36"grading, ripper, 4x15 & 4x27 deep dig for $3kUSD (+ DDU delivery from UK ). So all that for $30,050 + let's say $950 for hydraulic hoses and DDU max. That's a sweet deal if you ask me.

For the price, we really like the SY16's. One of them is currently at 50 hours and the other at 903 hours. We have had some warranty claims on them, but Sany has taken care of us. They always have parts in stock, we have yet to have had to wait for parts. I've been to their parts supply in GA and it is HUGE. They are extremely good on fuel. The tanks are only 5 gallons and last all day. Let me know if any other questions.

@AmeriRent Equipment are the pins still tight on the one with 900 hours? Good pushing power with the blade? I am picking mine up once they get they thumb welded on and will be using it for light land clearing no stump or anything. One of my good friends has a rental yard is it hard to get the units for retail to rent? If so do you have a contact or would we just contact our local dealer? Thanks for your time!

@@renoallstate4573 Yes the pins are still tight on the unit. Fairly good pushing power with the blade. I'm not sure if I would say its as strong as our Kubota but good enough for the majority of jobs. Just like all the other manufacturers, they are pretty far out on production. I've been told that you would need to purchase through a dealer now.

I bought this machine last year it's been great. No issues good on fuel. I put a thumb on it that works amazing. Good fast running machine with lots of power for its size.

Not on the SY16. We run them on the SY35 and they work great.

@@Bearclaw_Jake Epiroc makes nice ones. We sell them too if interested. We run those in our rental fleet.
