2022 URBAN MOTARD AND TRIBUTE PRO DUCATI SCRAMBLER
This week Ducati UK invited me to a Press Day. I looked at the list of the motorcycles to choose from and wanted to cry! Why can't I ride them all?
And then I made very unselfish decision thinking of you! 30k of you now! I decided to ride all the available Scramblers! To be more specific 3 of them: Desert Sled, Urban Motard and Tribute Pro.
In today's episode is Urban Motard and Tribute Pro as Desert Sled totally stole my heart and stands for me on it's own in the range.

Now that my all-time favourite scrambler, the Desert Sled is being discontinued this year, I am warming to the 1100 Tribute Pro, especially in the yellow/orange livery. Still want a scrambler that can actually go off-road though.

Whatever the choice the review is relaxed and packed with relevant conversations that allow you to consider your preferred option… Very watchable and enjoyable

When ever I see a Ducati Scrambler with the cafe racer conversion, the old style dolphin fairing and clip on bars and racey tail piece with side number boards... I stop scrolling and zoom in and look at it for ages. I've got a growing soft spot for the Scrambler family. Good video! All the extra opinions was a really cool touch.

Motobob is right on the 1100 tribute pro. I just purchased the 2023 new from dealer and even during the break in period I am in love with it. The look but also the ride, sound, wheels,brakes, tires, just everything is so great. The only bike I own that is staying stock exhaust. Only modification is the tail tidy.

@rapstarD - have you had a chance to ride yours for longer than a couple of hours on a single ride? Thoughts on seat comfort? I'm looking for a better seat for mine as the long rides tend to get uncomfortable for me (I weigh 167 lbs).

Would this Ducati scrambler bike look handsome with a Cafe Racer Ace Clubman style handlebar? or would the style of this bike make it unsuitable?

I'm surprised the Tribute Pro has less low-down shove than the 1200 Scrambler. It's a fair bit lighter.

I love the retro look of the Pro, they both look cool, for different riding styles. Cost of ownership of a Ducati would kill me though 😂

@@tomboyabit Desmo service every 12 months, can do it yourself if you know how but then need the service light reset.

I believe classification of normal differentiates person to person. But if you are referring to the length of my tee I obviously have full length ones too and wear them more often then cropped.

@Overlander 123 Yeah. But I don't want just any electric motorcycle. I want the best. Like Tesla cars! But for now they don't even interested in a subcompact car. Cause it's not a big segment. And motorcycle is not a big market at all. Big companies are not interested in that. But all the best tech and patents is in the hands of big companies. Small company can invent some brilliant design and great ideas but they can't afford big things like to build a specific motor, battery and soft specially for the bike. What they can did is to build together parts that available on the market. So the result is: bad and cheap or not bad but too costly.
