Always love a good garden tour my dear friend. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful garden with us today I watch from the beginning to the very very end I always enjoy watching and you’re cold frame is just beautiful. I do not have one of those you really making me feel like I should try to have somebody build me one.

Maple leaves! Best leaves for making leaf mold..do you have a leaf mold bin? I just put four T-posts in the ground, with cheap plastic garden fencing around them, zip tied…I’ve filled mine many times since last fall, and it keeps dropping down to halfway-they’re breaking down wonderfully. Planning on using it as a mulch this Spring..

I usually fill a tarp with leaves then drag it into the garden to use as mulch. I should get an established leaf mold system going.. seems beneficial!

A refreshening video. Quit your job and start a quality specialty farm products for the rich. Higher some quality workers to keep the work going. Hard to get any qualified workers though. Kids help? Maybe. Sugar? Hope you get that taken care of. James. Love your videos!

That rye looks good..I’d be interested to see how you terminate it. I’ve always been hesitant to grow cover crops, and have gone with just mulching, adding manure, etc..just keeping it covered. (Was typing as you were talking..heard about the plan for the Spring)..if you think of it, maybe you could update us as to how it goes.
