I love your recipes, but I just can't resist telling you something. Just about everyone on the US keeps pronouncing bruschetta as if there were a shell in it, but it is pronounced with a sket in it, that is: brusKetta. Thank you for letting me get that off my chest, and happy holidays!

Nuts have saturated fat content which increases LDL cholesterol? Can use defatted peanut flour/almond flour/hemp powder/sesame seed cake etc instead.....

I'm a vegetarian, all my food is delicious & yummy good too ! 🐟🥦🥑💝 I wish the vegans would snap out of it & relax , eggs r not chicken & fish r yummy good, their missing out , but ok more for us !
