Having Jarace Walker over Brandon Miller is a bit wild!!
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
They’re right there for me, But BMiller was really poor against good comp, & Jarace is just a really incredible defender & I’m confident in his offense translating even if it will be as a 4th or 5th option on the floor. But they’re both clearly in my top 7.

That’s more than a bit wild lol

This is the right order. You aren’t buying hype. You’re the only one not copy and pasting this. Good job!

Brandon Miller going top 3 off rip u tripping! 🤦🏽♂️ 1. Wembeyama 2. Scott Henderson 3. Brandon Miller
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
Yeah possibly. Just wouldn’t personally take him over Amen, Cam & probably Ausar. Struggles finishing against physicality & size are real & he’s over 18 months older than a guy like Cam. The improvements were cool but I just like a few guys more than I like him.

There are other projections that have UConn's Hawkins going lotto @ no. 12.
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
Yeah I understand it but just aren’t personally a fan of taking a primarily off-ball player that high. He’s an elite shooter but struggles finishing & has some work to do physically so whilst the Tourney run got him a lot of mainstream hype I personally think it’s a bit much.

Anthony Black being that low is so crazy to me. Imo he’s ahead of Hendricks, Whitehead, Keynote George, and Carson Wallace.. I’d put him in tier 3 tbh
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
I'm just not confident in his offense translating & even though he has to tools he's still quite raw defensively. poor touch, can't shoot & the rim-finishing numbers are very underwhelming. I think he can make it work but he'll need a lot of development & reps & a team to invest in him as a high-usage guy to get the most value out of him.

It's better to start at #1.
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
If people only care about the top guys they can just skip. But I’m Tryna give the lesser known guys some shine & encourage ppl so stick around & watch the vid. & it’s easy enough to skip if you want to.

@@JBHOOPS100 There is a reason no one does mock drafts in reverse order.
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
This is not a mock draft. Just my top 60 prospects. The draft goes 1-60 but this has no relation to teams & drafting.

Even we (Spurs) would fall at 7th pick, id still be happy about the talent we would add to the team. This rookies are good!
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
Yeah can’t really go wrong at the top. Would love them to get Scoot or Amen though feel like a lead guard would fit in so well with their squad.

@reyinglese7607 Жыл бұрын
i dont think all of these guys are going to the draft like andre jackson or filipowski but i think its a good list.
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
Appreciate it. Yeah there’s a few that will pull out or just enter for feedback. I would’ve had Kugel & Proctor in my top 35 as well but they pulled out recently, & I also think the majority of freshman should return if they aren’t a lock to go 1st round & they’ll just get lost in the mix. But talent usually prevails but It’ll just make their paths a bit more unconventional.
@thunderbear82 Жыл бұрын
You seem to put a lot of faith in Overtime Elite and G league development. Also your rankings of Whitehead and Whitmore must be based on High school, though Whitmore had some good games he was really inconsistent.
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
Both had injuries that caused inconsistency. Dariq had a really difficult szn but shot the ball well & was really good on D at the end. Cam was good on both ends the majority of the time, showed his self-creation upside + athleticism, but then he kinda took a backseat when Moore came back. GL I have full faith in, OTE a bit more hesitant but for top tier talents like Amen & Ausar i'm not too worried. & for me a lot of the time it's about showing what you can do at your best & how you can string together performances & what you can do that will translate to the next lvl. So i try not to rely to heavily on college stats/ consistency because the NBA is an entirely different game.
@diegoscb Жыл бұрын
did you get to see rupert live?
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
Nah unfortunately not. Watched a lot of games though, cool prospect but I’m just not confident he’ll be able to make it work in the league. Think he’ll need a lot of time & reps & if he’s not going to be a lotto pick probably won’t receive that investment.

Where are the UConn prospects?
@JBHOOPS100 Жыл бұрын
I had Andre Jackson Jr at 51, Clingan at 40 but he just announced he’ll be returning & Jordan Hawkins at 22.
