It's day 5 of our 7 Day Pilates Challenge today!!! I’m so happy you're showing up and so committed to this challenge 🫶🏼 Today we're focusing on both abs and booty, with a 20 min hourglass pilates workout. No equipment is needed apart from a soft surface or mat, and if you like you can add ankle weights to increase the intensity.
