It's the last day of our 7 Day Pilates Challenge!!! I am sooooo proud of you for making it to day 7, and I really hope that you enjoyed it and that it was challenging but fun at the same time. On this last day we are doing a 20 minute Full Body Feel Good Pilates Class (no equipment needed).
