My 1 change is slowly add some plants to our home. It cleanses the air and they are beautiful.

I love the simple challenges. Several of these, have already been on my mind. I’ll be honest and say I’m gonna have to put forth great effort to get behind the candle and fragrance detox. They truly make me happy. Thanks for sharing.

Even simple things can make a huge difference! As for the candles, it's something you've got to be ok with. I saw someone referencing a study about burning a candle for an hour being equivalent to smoking a cigarette 😧 I wasn't able to find the study but that's a scary thing. There are some better options than the typical paraffin and chemical scents though!
