This week I have filmed my 22 week pregnancy update which includes our ultrasound scan to check the chest, heart and make sure all is well. Gender has been confirmed too again 💙
I also talk about how my mental health has been affected in the last few weeks and how already suffering with anxiety and depression can lead to a tough emotional rollercoaster ride.
