Today we are going over this vintage garden tractor…John Deere 430 Creep issue that I have been facing. I found it in the manual on how to fix it but no real good how to fixes for it. When going forward it would move good but in reverse it would be sluggish and then all the sudden speed up to normal speed. We will be inspecting the trans fluid, linkage under the pedestal, and adjusting the turnbuckle under the seat pan.
Disclaimer: this is not how the manual says to do it but how I did it.
