Love this full-body, dumbbell HIIT workout; it's a great way to cap off the week. Instead of doing four rounds, I did eight. Took me 47m 30s to complete, and burned 353 calories. I agree that the 1-Leg Romanian Dumbbell Deadlift was the hardest move for sure. I will add this to my routine, thanks for creating this routine and sharing for the folks.

Best follow along dumbell full body workout this year. I think the dumbell front squat is one of the most underrated workouts for the core and lower body. If u attempt this with a weight that challenges u, u may be struggling to complete the second test. The 1 left Romanian deadline may see hard because it requires a good balancing technique. But I know many people who overcame it after consistent attempts. That dumbell front squat burns calories from head to toe. Makes one gasp for air. Keeps your cores tightened even 3 days after doing it. Nice Job Rob!!!!!!!!

Great straightforward workout! Fun to do. Appreciate the weight referenced....everyone is different of course, but it provides some context. 🙏. Follow up...did this am but swapped the one leg RDL to a stepped version...easier on my balance. Added a few sets at end with resistance bands; shoulder press, arm curls and tricep press. Why, well at 64 you often have too much energy leftover.😊

I have just done it and it's very good. I hadn't tried romanian and now I see It's not easy because body balance is replaced to front. I did four rounds and I think is complete because uses complementary movements when antagonist muscular groups works in some of the excesises (pushing and later pulling); bend over rows vs floor press or leg romanian deadlifts vs sit ups. Thanks for all these sesions and congratulations for keep consistency loading videos in the channel. Have a good week.

This is a great looking workout I like using most of your 20 minute workouts, I will do two together for a 40 minute workout. On average how many times a week Should I do these workouts? I thought maybe 3 to 4 times, then maybe do regular cardio 2 - 3 times. What do you think? Thank you for your time / Keep Pushing

Hey Bill! You can perform these workouts everyday if you wish. The most crucial things to consider is making sure you're recovering through proper nutrition based on your goals and rest (sleep). Does this help?

Is it my eyes deceiving me, or is Rob's muscles much bigger than they were a week ago? My favorite exercise out of this video is the front dumbbell squats. Back when I had a personal trainer for 12 months, he said I was one of his best clients, because I made the most progress in less time.

how many calories is possible burn during this workout? it is one of my favorite!
@BlueStarNutraceuticals
@BlueStarNutraceuticals Жыл бұрын
Right on! It's one of our favorites too! 😎 As for the calories question. That's not a question we can answer for you as measuring the exact number of calories can be difficult. However, there are a few ways you can measure your caloric expenditure. You can: 1) Use an activity tracker or an app that will estimate your calorie burn for you. But be careful with these. The accuracy can vary from product to product. 2) A heart rate monitor is one of the best ways to measure your calorie burn. Your heart rate indicates how much effort it takes for you to do a certain activity, and that effort determines the calories you burn. If a heart rate monitor indicates your calorie burn, it’s more likely to be accurate than the average activity tracker because it’s taken your specific heart rate in to account. 3) A MET values chart can also show you how many calories are typically burned during specific activity based on your weight. This chart was created by researchers and used widely throughout the medical community. There are also several factors that contribute to how quickly an individual burns calories, including: 1) The intensity of an activity being performed. The more intense an activity is the more calories an individual burns. 2) Weight. People who weigh more burn more calories. 3) Body composition. Muscle requires more energy than fat to maintain. People with more muscle burn more calories. At the end of the day, without over thinking it - just put in the work and consistency over time with not only your training, but most importantly your diet - will lead to lifelong results. Good luck! ✌️
