This was a great workout! Sweating like crazy! I love a good 50/50 cardio and core workout. I’ll definitely do this again. Trying older videos out until I joint back up!

I am a huge fan of your Rebounder workouts. I have been doing them quite often especially during Quarantine. I like the variety that you bring to all the sets as well as the way you coordinate the exercises. I was wondering if at some point you would be able to do just a stretching/ yoga session on the Rebounder as a stress relief/ calming session. Thanks for all you do!

Ashley Barber also have you tried my menstrual bounce I posted up a few weeks ago? It starts with some easy movement to get your body going, then we go onto the rebounder and then finish back on the mat. A great workout to use when you haven’t got a lot of energy

Fun video! Thank you Claire, I truly enjoy working out with you. We moved to Florida 5 years ago, I have more fun jumping outside, so I am right there with you, sweating like crazy! 4 years ago, I added ankle & wrist weights to make your workouts more challenging.

@@sanfranfitness The new trampoline is fabulous. Rebekah gets on it at least twice a day and I join her on my trampoline. When she goes back to school, we are going to buy one for the classroom so she can share the benefits of the rebounder with others in the special needs community.

Liz Rice ahh that’s amazing. I know the JumpSport are very pricey so if you are thinking of buying more then look at Leaps and Rebounds. We have recently just got 2 of their rebounders (large and smaller one) and the larger one with a bar would be great. We also have a discount code you could use so would save more money! The 30 /35 mins intermediate circuit workout. You did it 5 months ago. The one where u did 2 mins then 30sec squats. Im so sad. And im sure u aswell. Xx
