Sir, very good exercises. I am dealing with shoulder pain from last 12 years because of surgery done in India but back then physio didn't explained me anatomy and science behind it and I was doing wrong exercises...Here in Australia, finally got a nice physio who explained me everything and now finally I dicsovered my pain is coming from my neck. My Seratus Anterios or lower traps are also week. Please suggest exercises for that. My pain is much better now but want to completely pain free.

Sir mere husband ke upper arm and elbow me injury hui thi 1 week before..now swelling Kam hai but forehand back side me swelling and elbow me little pain hai …Strength exercises kab start kar sakte hai??

Sir i am a student of bpt 1st year csjm uihs kanpur. I was just studying shoulder joint and rotator cuff in anatomy and i know that it is supported least inferiorly and thus dislocations are common. Frozen shoulder or periarthritis is due to fusion of the synovial membrane.

Sir namaste, dhayi mahineke piche mera right wrist fracture huwa n irs operated n plate was inserted(wrist with FA AP/Lat) 10 physciotherpy sitting hogaye hai firbhi mera wrist rotate i mean towards face nahi horaha hai, shoulder bhi freez hogaya hai. muze kounshi ecercise karani hai plz batayiye sir

Sir 1 saal say mery left shoulder mien injury ha koi chot nhi aaye bus zor laga laga ker muscles weak hogy hain ball throw karty waqt pain aata ha dr kahty k muscles weak hain rest karo MRI karwai wo v bilkul thk ha X-ray b thk ha . sir physiotherapy b krwa chuka ho medicine b bhot kha kar dakh lee hain lakin koi farq ni bus bowling karty waqt pain aata ha yah throw krty waqt otherwise no pain . Sir mien ny apki yah video dakhi apki 3no exercises mien nay bina kisi hardal or bina kisi pain k complete ki or weight k sath v kar k dakhi koi pain nhi aya. Sir plz mjhy guide krdy k yah exercise mien continues kr sakta Ho or sir isky bad advance kon c exercises hain jo mary shoulder ko completely fit kardy ge plzz sir lazmi reply kary bhot umeed say apko comment kia ha plzz 😢😢

Thanks sir. Meri shoulder ka injury hote hue aaj 2 saal ho geya. Avi v pain hain. Par main avj v exercise kar raha hun. Job weight lift karta hun. To jiada pain hota hain. Utha nehi pata. Pehele mera right hand ka injury tha. Bad main aapne aap recovery ho geya. But left hand ka 2 saal ho geya avi taak recovery ho nehi raha hain. Shoulder exercise se pehele rotator cuff ka v exercise karta hun. Fir v. Doctor ko pusha tha bola ki yeh xtra kerne se v pata nehi salega. To kiya karu kiya huwa he kaise pata karo aur recovery kaise hoga. Please help kijiiye.

Good morning sir, I am Thomas Fernandes from Baroda.about 3 weeks ago I had written to you my problems but I did not get any reply so I am writing again,kindly reply.Nearly 4 months ago a cow dropped me and my right shoulder got injured,there is no fracture.For 3 weeks orthopaedic doctor treated me and referred me to a physiotherapist and from June 1st I am doing the exercises.Initially she had told me with in4-6 weeks I will be able to recover, but still l am unable to lift my hand. None of the exercise which you have shown is not in my exercises.1.stick lifting with both the hands above the head 10 times.,stretching backwards, lifting backward etc.please advise sir, I need a sincere opinion from you. I am 70 years old and in good health and no diabetic or B.P etc. thank you very much sir.

Sir last month 8th march while doing a bench press with 25 kg of wight in gym .I was about to complete my 11th rip but unfortunately I was not able to push it up and that rod as come done .. in this case my left shoulder got injured..and I am still facing a problem while moving it up .. please guide me
