i have a question what if i did the tables with qa,qb,qc order and i have ta,tb,tc then the output is reversed such qa ,qb ,qc is the correct order from msb to the lsb what you did is just like a reverse order then reverse output i think the output without double reversing is the same. correct me if i'm wrong please

I think yes . Using T FF is easier because of smaller excitation table . As far as I know we can any type of FF for any n-bit synchronous circuit .

I took Q1, Q2, Q3 as outputs and drew flip flops with T1,T2,T3 inputs in sequence instead of T3,T2,T1. The logic diagram is just opposite to yours, the AND gate coming in the first FF instead of the last FF. Will my outputs be the same or it will affect the whole circuit?

It doesn't matter, before writing up the table, you can also go A,B,C instead of C,B,A...as long as you write the bits correctly like 000, 001, 010, 011... instead of reversing the bits, you'll be fine...
