@@erik6284 actually not. It will just require your stabilizer muscles to do some work and the powerful muscles that do the work will not get tired. For beginners this might tire them, but intermediate to advanced this is pretty good

@@AkashBanerjee-ji7jj A good weight loss program in the gym would be better for weight loss than swimming in general. If the gym's weight loss program is not good/affordable, prefer swimming. Your ability to lose weight depends hugely on your diet. Hope this helps.

For those who have rounded shoulders(curved forward) and mobility issues. Do first excercise. 2sets. Before shoulder workout. Otherwise from shoulder excercises, they'll curve more outward. Rest excercises can be done at any time on shoulders day

A caveat for number 1. If not careful, you can easily impinge your shoulder while performing it, just be very careful or avoid it altogether.

Well Simple tip is don't go against joints and deltoids during shoulder press or any kinda workout. That's how a person save himself from an injury.

i had also my left shoulder injury 🥺🥺some time ago because I used to do sets directly without any warmup and it hurts. so follow some diet and a good physical therapist follow him take some rest until fully recovered and slowly start doing workout and this time you must do warmup before every single set ☺️☺️

They are called shoulder dislocates, I'd use a band or towel so it can stretch a bit when you try it out. Also there are great guides for this movement.

Sir mere shoulder me cracking sound ata hai. Abduction movement me. Halka sa pain bhi hota hai what could be issue. Kya ye excercise se theek ho jayega ye physio ko consult karna padega

Mera patakha padh chuka hain, in Xray it says subtle widening of Ac joint in a right shoulder, doctor says it is a starting of cervical , i don't know how to cure it , it feels pain when i lift weight from my right shoulder
