I'm growing increasingly convinced that Adam's video's are filmed at a course with 4 members. The fairways are utterly immaculate.

Ha! It is a beautiful place, fairways are a South African grass called Paspalum. It’s hardy and resists divots to some extent

For those of us playing in colder climates, I would recommend a brisk walk with active arms just prior to the round. Starting with a warmed, loose body is huge if it's chilly out.

People have so much crap in their head they lose focus on the target. Best thing I do is loosen up with the club in my hand , see my target and then whip the club to the target to get the tension out of the way then take the shot focussed with no other thoughts than getting to the flag.

Alot of tension bad golfers have is because we know we are bad :D So we know its a risk approaching the golf ball trying to hit a solid shot :) If you are a low HCP or pro, its easier. They KNOW this game. It helps them swing more freely.

What about leg tension? My legs are sore from glutes to calves sometimes.

Swing thoughts swing thoughts I hate it...my swing is really good, at one point I was a 3 now I'm a 7, just constantly freezing over the ball and tense up...its like a weird tick...my practice swings and stuff feel normal, golf is an enigma
