The last two transitions you showed are my 😍 favorite two to drill when I want to get inside my hoop but have very little motivation to do much of anything - thank you for all the little nuggets of tips and details on them! ⭕️ ❤️

Oh wow that is so cool to know! I love those automatic circuits we create with our hooping. I call them my daydreaming moves or my hoop jam moves, the ones I just do on repeat when I'm chatting at a hoop jam or in my hoop space having a good daydream!

Thanks so much for your videos I always find them so helpful and informative. I've actually just posted my own little video of me trying to hoop! Got the escalator in my mind so keep on practising. I want a smaller hoop because I love the off body moves and I just feel mine is too big!

@@DeanneLove I'll have to post it on IG at some point (@_.flowstoppa. _). It's not going well. The hoop is getting stuck on the first shoulder I swing it onto and doesn't have enough momentum to get to the other shoulder
