tofu isnt just tofu though. its like asking for tips to work with bread. what type? theres dried, fried, firm silky, puffs, sheets, knots etc :/

get a tofu press! i got mine on amazon for like 12 bucks. it gets it nice and dry inside in 20 mins with no need for heavy pans of water or paper towels! i toss the cut up cubes in a tablespoon of cornstarch, tablespoon of soy sauce, and tablespoon of sesame oil. bake in the oven for (i dont remember time off hand sorry!) on a wire rack. best home made tofu out there!!!!

Not from my experience (and a couple of others too based on the reviews). Just do your due diligence and check the reviews before making a purchase, it's especially easy if purchased from a retailer online such as amazon (that's where I found out the product wasn't as good *after* it had already started to weaken after about a handful of uses). Hope the new products live up to it's name though! Can never trust marketing, only reviews from others who have personal experience with the products.

I like this, but I miss the old recipes format of content. Like how it used to be. Usual recipe vids and then specials like Challenges, Battles, or Big Night In on Sundays or some other designated day like Friday or Monday. You get what I mean? Like say.... an ultimate Tomato Soup recipe or a roast fish recipe on Wednesday then on Sunday, something like a battle or challenge video. Maybe even bring back BNI for Fridays or something.

Richard O yes! That’s exactly what I mean! Now it all feels... slightly BuzzFeedy. Nothing wrong with BuzzFeed, but SortedFood isn’t BuzzFeed. It’s a bunch of friends working together. Nowadays it feels like they are doing more almost vlog style content compared to the fully wholesome cooking channel content we used to know. I miss older Sorted. Even last season of FridgeCam was more fun with all of the Mystery Box because at least that felt like proper recipe videos.

Kebab’s meaning is very different in Europe and Turkey. What you do with lavash is called dürüm and kebab means roasting or frying any type of food. Kebab is an Arabic word but many people are coming Turkey to taste it cause we have different types of kebab which many people’s favorite is Adana Kebab. And what you guys did in the first one is Köfte Dürüm and it’s a regular thing that you can eat in every house in Turkey. You changed it up many things in dürüm like we usually don’t put radish or carrot. But I like this about you! You guys make traditional food sooo different and it always tastes good! ❤️
