Absolutely fallen in love with your channel. And I love that you don’t crush your garlic. I’m a chopper of garlic too, never a crusher. Will be making the beef mince and noodle recipe tonight. I love that these recipes are very adaptable. I didn’t have cabbage so I used Asian greens in my beef noodles and it was perfect. Surprised there was no chilli in the beef noodles though!

It is so hard not to stir. I like my protein to be browned/seared. Sometimes I scoop out the liquid into a bowl and then add it back in after the meat browns. It seems to work. Sometimes I over crowd the pan and I don't want the meat to steam I want it to brown. Ground beef has a lot of moisture in it. I am trying to work on this. Thank you for the wonderful videos.

I made the hoisin beef noodles today, I used #3 rice sticks in place of the noodles as that was all we had... All that I can say is OMG!!!!! So freakin' delicious! Maybe the best thing I've ever made with ground beef. I did add some ground black pepper too. I will make this again and again, thank you so much Marion!
