Not just for seniors. These are awesome workouts for postpartum moms, rehabbing from knee/ ankle/ hip surgery and individuals who are slightly to greatly overweight. Thanks for the content.

I'm 71 years old lady. I swim x 30 minutes a day. Have a total knee replacement and degenerated low back discs x 4. This is really a good way to keep exercising. Thank you

Love your exercises. I have severe Fibromyalgia. These are gentle enough, a real blessing!

I had severe fibromyalgia to the point I couldn't walk sometimes. Traditional Chinese Medicine reversed it, juicing (especially beets) for the Chronic fatigue, and staying hydrated worked for me. Blessings on your back to health journey.

Ohmygosh. That is insane. I’ve done these three exercises my whole life without a chair, but now have physical limitations. I cannot believe how simple it is to adapt them to a sitting position! I love it! May I also add that I completely love the simplicity of this quick video. It gets right to the point which I appreciate!

Thank you for posting this. I pulled tendons in my lower back and couldn’t do the floor anymore now I have to build back up slowly, this is perfect for me for now

I gave been sedentary too long between a back surgery, then 2 broken legs, a torn gluteus mediums with hip surgery and reattachment, and living in a brace with restricted movement for months, and then sepsis and 2 hospitalizations with home IV antibiotics. I am weak, my balance is horrible. And I shuffle my gait. 3 days of working and planting my gardens helped but I have to keep it going. I'm going to do this, in the mornings.
