Delvar, the garbage collector always honks the horn and waves at her when he passes by their Indiana home in his truck. One particular Thursday was extra special because it happened to be her 3rd birthday. So she waited on the sidewalk with a cupcake in hand to give to him as he came down their street. The two met and it was the best present she could ask for. #InsideEdition

Great video.When I was in 2nd grade I used to look out the class window at the garbage truck while it dumped trash.I was so fascinated by the process that There was a girl in the class who would say "James, your movie is about to come on". That meant the trash man was outside. lol

This video was great for me. I remember when I was a kid I'm 64 now the garbage man really came in my yard to the garbage pail. It had the garbage flies and magnets and was gross. He collected the waste and went out and put it in the back of the truck. All my life I have admired these men for the hard work they did to provide for there family's. God Bless these fine men.
